Highslopes Community Centre is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and accessible space for the local community. As the home of the 2nd Portsmouth Scouts for over 20 years, the centre offers a versatile venue for a wide range of activities, including youth groups, dance and theatre performances, meetings, events, and private functions.
Built in 2006 with support from The Big Lottery and designed with energy efficiency in mind, Highslopes is a purpose-built facility that fosters community connection, personal development, and creativity. Officially opened by H.R.H. Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, in 2008, we continue to serve as a hub where individuals of all ages can come together to learn, grow, and celebrate.
Highslopes Community Centre is managed solely by volunteers. Meet the team dedicated to your space below!
